Scottsdale, AZ – Axis Sports Academy is proud to announce an upcoming partnership with Exos, a global leader in human performance, to elevate the student-athlete experience through cutting-edge performance training, and recovery practices. This collaboration reflects Axis’s mission to provide a holistic foundation for athletic, academic, and personal excellence.
Through this partnership, Exos will embed a full-time Athletic Trainer at Axis Sports Academy to provide practice and competition athletic training support, athlete injury management and prevention, pre- and post-practice/competition treatment services, post-injury and post-surgery therapy, and recovery planning support for coaches and teams.
In addition, Exos will assign Performance Specialists to serve as the Academy’s strength and conditioning staff. Their work will focus on delivering comprehensive, science-driven training programs designed to maximize athlete health and performance.

Performance Evaluations
Each athlete will undergo a comprehensive Exos Performance Evaluation that serves as the foundation for their personalized game plan. These evaluations bring together expertise across nutrition, injury history and physical therapy, sports science, and performance testing, ensuring that every athlete’s program is tailored to their specific needs and goals. By combining data-driven insights with hands-on coaching, Exos helps athletes strengthen their performance foundation and build resilience.

Onsite Support
The Exos team will also provide continuous onsite support to Axis athletes and staff. This includes leading dynamic warm-ups, guiding performance training sessions, and facilitating recovery routines after training or competition. Beyond the physical aspects, Exos will engage both athletes and coaches in education programs designed to deepen their understanding of performance, recovery and long-term athletic development. This integrated approach ensures that Axis athletes are supported at every stage of their journey.
“At Axis Sports Academy, we believe developing the whole athlete requires more than just training; it demands a system of support for the body, mind, and spirit,” said Scott Dean, COO and President of Axis Sports Academy. “Our partnership with Exos ensures that every athlete at Axis benefits from world-class expertise in injury prevention, recovery and performance enhancement. Together, we are raising the standard of what it means to prepare student-athletes for success.”
“Exos is excited to bring our data-driven approach to human performance to Axis Sports Academy,” said Adam Farrand, vice president of sport at Exos, “By integrating our coaches and practitioners into the daily rhythm of training and competition, we can help athletes maximize their potential, recover effectively and build long-term resilience both on and off the field.”
